Having an account manager that can deal with issues is a great help and time saver. Trying to contact the energy company can be very frustrating. So letting Troo deal with them is a real bonus. I have just had to change the direct debits on some accounts. The energy company kept getting it wrong. One call to my account manager and the problem was solved. Also once your contracts are up for renewal, they will do all the work to get the best prices for you.
