Meet the Team
Andrew Richardson
CEO
Rachel and I started Troo because we knew businesses deserved better when it comes to energy. We’d seen too many companies stuck in complicated contracts with no real support, and we wanted to change that. We built Troo to be a partner that businesses can rely on, not just for getting a contract in place, but for ongoing support, which is particularly needed these days to meet sustainability and net zero targets.

Rachel Richardson
Commercial Director
I’ve always been passionate about finding better ways to support businesses, and that’s what led Andrew and me to start Troo. A big part of my focus has been developing our white label partnerships. Giving organisations a way to strengthen the support they offer to their members, while also allowing us to help even more businesses take control of their energy. For me, it’s all about creating relationships that bring real value to everyone involved.

I focus on making sure the right teams are working together in the right way. At Troo, that means overseeing marketing, customer experience, pricing, our energy solutions team, and data, bringing everything together to support the business and, most importantly, our customers. It’s about improving how we work so businesses get the best possible experience, from their first conversation with us to ongoing support.

I oversee all of Troo’s marketing, making sure our brand and messaging reflect who we are - real people helping businesses take control of their energy. From shaping our communications to strengthening our brand, my focus is on keeping things clear, and customer focused.

I work closely with Rachel to manage our white label partnerships, helping organisations strengthen the support they offer their members through Troo. My focus is on making sure these partnerships run smoothly, so our partners can confidently offer energy advice and services that add real value to their members.

Vicki Turner
Head of Customer Excellence
I lead our customer service team, Troo Assure, making sure businesses get the right support throughout their time with us. My role is about more than just resolving queries, I work across the business to ensure that every interaction puts the customer first. Whether it’s refining processes or improving how we communicate, my focus is on making sure businesses get the best possible experience with Troo.

Ayden DeBeer
Financial Controller
I manage all financial operations at Troo, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and working as it should. From forecasting to reporting, I make sure the numbers add up so the business can keep moving forward.

Dean Hogg
Energy Manager
I manage Troo’s energy solutions arm, making sure businesses have access to the right tools and services to improve efficiency, meet sustainability targets, and stay compliant. I source and vet trusted suppliers and manufacturers, building a portfolio of energy solutions that genuinely help businesses take control of their energy use.

Matthew Luck
Head of HR, Facilities & IT
I oversee our people, systems, and workspace, making sure Troo has everything it needs to operate effectively. From HR and team development to IT infrastructure and facilities management, my role is about keeping things running smoothly and supporting the business as it grows.

Lucy Wilson
Recruitment and Engagement Manager
I’m responsible for bringing the right people into Troo and making sure they feel engaged and supported once they’re here. Recruitment is a big part of my role but so is shaping the culture of the business, ensuring we create an environment where people can develop, collaborate, and stay motivated.

Kieran Simpson
Supplier Liaison
I manage the pricing and admin teams, making sure they provide the support our sales teams need to work efficiently. These functions are key to keeping things moving, from handling quotes to ensuring everything is processed smoothly. I also work closely with our suppliers, building strong relationships that help us deliver the best service to our customers.
