As part of the partnership, Troo also introduced brand partner Adidas, who have provided the full kit for the squad for the 2025 season.
This latest sponsorship follows Troo’s recent expansion of its golf partnerships team and reflects the company’s continued support for clubs and teams that play an important role in their local sporting communities.
Paul Davidson, who leads the golf partnerships team at Troo, said: “We’re really proud to be supporting the Northumberland Ladies County Team. It was important to us that we backed the women’s game in a meaningful way and to be able to connect the team with Adidas and see them out on the course in brand-new kit has been a brilliant way to start the partnership.”
Troo will continue to support the team throughout the season, both on and off the course.
Julie Sampson, Team Captain said: “This partnership marks a significant boost for the team, providing not only a fresh look but also a renewed sense of confidence as they prepare to take on their rivals. The newly revealed kit, designed for both performance and style, symbolizes a new era for the squad, reinforcing their ambitions for a successful season ahead.
County match week has always been a highlight for players and supporters alike, with fierce competition and local pride on the line. Now with the backing of Troo, the team heads into the event with the even greater determination.”
This latest partnership adds to Troo’s growing presence across sport, with existing support for football clubs, county golf teams and community-led organisations. The company works with clubs to help them manage rising energy costs, access expert advice, and plan for the long term, all delivered with a clear, customer-first approach.
